Dragonia Rules and Regulations in Canada
These terms explain the rules that apply when you use this information site and the Dragonia platform in Canada. This site is not the casino operator. Gambling services are provided on Dragonia under the player terms published there. Those terms apply to every player in Canada who opens an account. Please read both sets of terms before you play.
Who Provides What
This is an information site. It does not accept bets, hold your money or open an account for you. The gambling services are provided on Dragonia by NovaForge Ltd, under an Anjouan Gaming licence (number ALSI-152406028-FI2). Any registration, deposit or bet takes place on the Dragonia platform. The player terms published on Dragonia apply to your account. You can check the licence details there.
General Terms
These general terms set out how you may use this site and the services it describes. If you use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
Your agreement
By using this site you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them. When you register on the platform, you also accept the terms shown there. If the two differ, the platform terms decide anything about your account, bets and bonuses.
Age and eligibility
Dragonia's general minimum age is 18. The legal gambling age in Canada depends on the province or territory. The higher local age applies.
- 18+: Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
- 19+: Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
You must be allowed by law to gamble where you live. You must also give true information and use only your own account.
Regional restrictions
Dragonia is reported to restrict players in Ontario and Alberta. Availability in other Canadian provinces may vary, and access to the site does not establish local regulatory authorization. It is your duty to check that the services are allowed where you are.
Accounts and registration
You may hold one account only. Keep your login details private and tell the support team at once if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity on your account. Registration is completed on the platform, not on this site. To close your account, contact support at support@dragonia.com. Support closes it within a practicable time.
Proper use
Use the site and services lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to break, copy or overload them. Do not use them for fraud, collusion or any illegal purpose. Accounts that break these rules may be limited or closed.
Intellectual property
Texts, logos, images and layouts on this site are protected. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy, sell or republish them without written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
Liability
We work to keep the information accurate, but it may change. It is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on this site or from external websites it links to. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
General Betting Rules
This section is a summary. The full rules for bets are published on the platform, and they decide any dispute.
Who may place bets
Only registered players of legal age, who have passed any required checks, may place bets. Each bet is for your own use and you may not bet on behalf of another person.
Accepting a bet
A bet is accepted when it appears as confirmed in your account. The odds shown at that moment apply. Odds and markets can change at any time, and an event may be suspended. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by game, market and event, and they are shown on the bet slip or game screen.
Wins, losses and restrictions
Wins and losses are worked out from your stake and the odds or game rules in force when you bet. Betting limits may be applied to an account for risk or legal reasons. Bets placed in error, or on events that were void or cancelled, may be cancelled under the platform rules.
Bonuses
Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are published with the offer. Please read them before you opt in. Our bonuses page gives an overview. These are the key terms of the Canadian welcome bonus (100% up to C$750 plus 200 free spins):
- Minimum qualifying deposit: C$30.
- Wagering: 35x the deposit plus the bonus. Free spin winnings carry 40x wagering.
- Wagering period: 10 days.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: C$150.
- Maximum conversion of bonus funds to real money: 10x the bonus amount.
- Free spin winnings are capped at C$75 for 50 free spins or fewer, and C$150 for more.
- The 200 free spins are credited as 20 per day for 10 days. Claim each daily pack within 24 hours.
- You choose the bonus during registration. It is activated in the "My Bonuses" section.
Offers can change, so always check the current terms on Dragonia.
Payment Rules
All deposits and withdrawals are handled in the cashier on the platform. This site does not process payments. Amounts are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Deposits and withdrawals
Fund your account only with payment methods that are in your own name. The cashier shows the methods available to your account. Limits per method are shown in the cashier. The cashier also shows any fee before you confirm, and your payment provider may charge its own. See our payments page for a general overview.
Processing times
Dragonia's finance department handles withdrawal requests within 3 business days. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 17:00 GMT. Identity checks can extend this. After approval, your payment provider may credit the money later.
Withdrawal limits
You can have up to 3 pending withdrawal requests at once. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level. At level 1, for example, the limits are C$750 per day and C$10,500 per month. Method maximums do not override the daily VIP cap.
Identity checks and restrictions
You may be asked to verify your identity before a withdrawal. This is called KYC. Withdrawals are normally sent to the method used to deposit. A transaction may be held, limited or cancelled if it breaks the rules, if details do not match or if checks are not complete.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be fun and never a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget and a time limit before you start. Our responsible gaming page has more advice.
Tools to stay in control
Dragonia allows players to request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through customer support at support@dragonia.com. Self-service deposit, loss, wager and session limits have not been verified.
Where to get help
If gambling stops being fun, contact a local support service. In Canada, many provinces run free and confidential help lines. You can also speak to your doctor or a counsellor. Players under legal age must not gamble at all.
Anti-Money Laundering
The platform must follow the law on preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. These rules apply to all players.
Identity verification
Before you can withdraw, you may need to send documents. This is known as KYC. Dragonia may also start it earlier. Please send clear and valid documents. These may include:
- A passport, national ID or driving licence.
- Proof of address.
- Bank documents, when needed.
- Proof of the source of your funds, when needed.
- Proof that you own the payment method, when needed.
You have 30 days to send the documents that are requested. KYC documents and transaction history may be kept under anti-money laundering rules.
Monitoring
Transactions and account activity are monitored for unusual patterns. Examples are deposits with little play, or payments from third parties. Suspicious activity may be reported to the authorities where the law requires it.
Possible consequences
If a rule is broken, the account may be restricted, funds may be frozen, or the account may be blocked or closed. Details are set out in the platform terms.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and follow the privacy laws that apply in Canada. This site does not ask you to sign in and does not collect your account data.
What is collected
This site saves only your cookie banner choice in your browser. It runs no analytics of its own. See our cookies policy for details. If you write to us, we only use your email address to reply.
On the platform
When you register on the platform, it collects personal data such as your name, contact details, date of birth, payment details and activity. It uses this data to run your account, verify your identity, process payments and meet legal duties. Dragonia's Privacy Policy explains this in full.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct personal data held about you, as far as the law allows. You may also ask for your personal data to be deleted. Dragonia may keep data where there is a legal or business reason. KYC documents and transaction history may be kept under anti-money laundering rules. For data-protection requests, write to dpo@dragonia.com. For anything else, write to support@dragonia.com.
Security
Security matters for every player. We aim to keep this site safe, and the platform is expected to protect accounts and transactions. The technical and organizational measures below are the kind that players should look for.
Technical protection
Look for a secure connection (https) on every page where you enter data. Data sent between your device and the platform should be encrypted. Check the address bar before you log in.
Monitoring and your part
Account activity is monitored to spot unusual use. You can help. Use a strong, unique password. Do not share it, and log out on shared devices. Dragonia has no verified native app, so be careful with files claiming to be one. See our app page to add the mobile site to your home screen. If you see anything odd on your account, contact the support team straight away.
